Over the past 25 years, God has been using Dave and Elena Reynolds to produce and cultivate church plants and leaders-equipping them with the wisdom and knowledge needed to grow a church in today's ever changing world.  Their passion for reaching people for Christ is at the core of what they do.  They have planted two reproducing "Greenhouse" churches (ShoreLife was their first!) and two church planting centers, one in the northwest and one in southern California.

 

In 2013, they founded the Western Church Planting Alliance (WCPA), an organization that trains churches throughout the Western United States to raise up and send out leaders to plant new churches.  Their philosophy of using A.C.T.S  (Assessment, Coaching, Training, Support) has proven to be a strong root in growing those leaders.   "Our hope and prayer is to put wind in the sails of church planters by making it a little easier for them in what is already a challenging endeavor."  Though they call Southern California their home, Dave also leads church planting nationally for the Alliance.
