This series will take us on an exciting journey through 1 Corinthians. Another letter from God, penned through Paul, written to a real church in a real city — a church with passion, potential, and plenty of problems. In Ephesians, we marveled at everything God has done for us and the identity He gives. God says, “Be Mine.” But in Corinth, we watch God shape His people into a community that actually lives out that identity.
This letter will stretch us. It will inspire us. It may even frustrate us at times. But it will also clarify what it means to be the church — not just a gathering, not just a building, but a people learning to reflect Christ in a messy world.
The church belongs to God, yet it’s carried out by imperfect people. That’s why we continually surrender to Christ, our Head. When we do, the church doesn’t just function — it flourishes. It becomes good, BE GOOD, because it reflects Him.
