MY WORD IS MY BOND!  A promise is more than just words, it's a declaration of commitment to follow through with a plan until it's completed.   In days of old, people would spit in their hands and "shake on it" to make it official.  Yet, unfortunately, as humans, we sometimes fall short in completing said plans.  We find ourselves making promises we can't keep for whatever reason or we just fail to prioritize those promises in our day-to-day goings-on's.  Thankfully, we can always trust in the promises of Jesus.  Promises of hope, His presence and his unfailing love.  Tomorrow is not promised to us.  Health and prosperity is not guaranteed but God's faithfulness and unending love is and this summer series will take us through some of those promises that we can hold pn to and believe in because God's Word is His Promise!
