Dr. Brent Strawsburg...Lead Pastor

Brent, became lead pastor January 1999. He is married to Cheri and have two children, Michael, and Janelle. Pastor Brent's main responsibilities include, the overall spiritual direction and health of ShoreLife, the primary teaching role on Sunday, directing the staff & elders and modeling out the corporate values of our church. Andrew Garland...Associate Pastor

Andrew came on board the ShoreLife staff in September of 2007.  He has been married to Gina since February of 1996.  They have son named Jordan and a daughter named Sofie.  Andrew is a vital part of our leadership team providing guidance to all ministries offered at ShoreLife. Josh Case...Pastor of Student Ministries

Josh joined ShoreLife staff in January 2004. He is married to Nicole and have a son, Ezekiel. Pastor Josh ministers to our Junior High and Senior High students. He also provides direction for our College Ministry. Email Pastor Josh at josh@shorelife.org

Rachel Reeves...Director of Children's Ministry

Rachel became a staff member in January 2003. She is married to Sean who assist with Youth Ministries. Rachel oversees our Children's Ministry, which includes anything and everything that goes on with kids at our church ages infant - 5th grade. Email Rachel at rachel@shorelife.org

Ken Thomas...Worship Director

Ken a full-time electrician, works part time directing our Sunday morning worship team, as well as any special events utilizing the musical talents of ShoreLife. He is married to Jennifer and they have five children.

Cindy Olson...Bookkeeper & Office Manager

Cindy, on staff since 2000, is married to Terry and have five children, Bridgette, Christian, Shelley, Kasey & Jaclyn. Her primary responsibilities are to handle the ShoreLife finances.

Current Elders

Preston Barr has been attending ShoreLife for 14 years with his wife, Donna, and their 4 daughters, Alison (Blake), Catherine, Melissa, and Emily. He is the Customer Liaison for Bombardier technical documents at C&D Zodiac in       Huntington Beach. Preston is active in Men's Ministry, missions and, together with his wife, has taught the         Foundations of Faith class. Preston's spiritual gifts are teaching and serving.

Dan Cerio and his wife Heather have been members at ShoreLife since fall of 2002.  Dan graduated with a BS in Accounting, received his CPA certification in 1998, and currently works as the Corporate Controller for Gatekeeper Systems in Irvine.  Dan and Heather have been married 9 years and have a 3-year old daughter, Kate.  Both Dan and Heather feel a strong calling to be active members at ShoreLife. Dan’s spiritual gifts are giving and hospitality.

Bob Gremel and his wife Wendy have been attending ShoreLife since 1992. They have been married for 36 years and have two sons, both of whom were married by Pastor Brent. Bob is an engineer with a medical firm.  Bob has been an elder for two years and continues to be   rewarded and challenged by Brent’s teaching and the worship at ShoreLife. Bob’s spiritual gifts are leadership, administration and faith.

David Tous and his wife Debra have been attending ShoreLife for over 8 years.  David has his own law firm located here in    Huntington Beach.  David is currently an elder and is very enthusiastic about the ministry of ShoreLife Church. David has also served on Pastor Brent's prayer team for the last few years.  David's spiritual gifts are giving, hospitality, and faith.

George Tous and his wife Peggy have been attending ShoreLife Church since moving here from North Carolina in July of 2005.  They have been married for 46 years and have three children along with three grandchildren. George is the Chief Operating Officer at his son’s law firm and has a background in management and church administration.  He is blessed by and committed to the ministries of ShoreLife Church.  George’s spiritual gifts are organization and administration.
